Imagine a home that works for you...for example, you are running late for an appointment and are ready to leave your home. Instead of running around your home turning off lights, music, TVs, etc. you simply arm your alarm and our system does the rest! When you arrive back home simply opening your garage door can light a path to the alarm panel (or even throughout your home) and turn on some background music to welcome you home....YOU choose how you want to be greeted!

How long have you been in business?
Electronic Home incorporated in February of 1991. We have been in the same location for over 22 years!
What is your primary product or service?
We install quality home theaters, home automation/control systems, whole house audio/video distribution systems, lighting control systems, motorized shading systems and home networks. We now also offer stainless steel outdoor cabinetry to go along with our outdoor audio/video systems.
Last, but not least, we offer whole house power/energy management. Far more than simple surge protection and power conditioning
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in electronics. I graduated from Texas A&M and went to work for HP. I had started home automation as a hobby for myself and it developed into a business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most of my competitors came from retail sales in home or car audio. My background has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve and offer solutions that others shy away from. We also have a reputation of hanging in there until our clients are totally satisfied; this is rare in our industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a single location that sells, installs and services nationwide. At this time, we have no expansion plans.

We are located in the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center West facility. The ADAC complex is in Buckhead near the Lindbergh MARTA station.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks & Visa/MasterCard.
Which areas do you service?
We work all over the country and have even done a few International jobs. Many of our clients have multiple homes that have taken us to various areas. Other times the out-of-town jobs have come from being hired to fix other botched installations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Randy Massey is the founder and owner of Electronic Home and is actively involved in every installation.
What are your hours of operation?
Our showroom is typically open M - F from 9am until 5pm. We suggest you call for an appointment as our meetings can typically take an hour or more, plus, sometimes we have everyone out on installatons or sales calls.
We are closed on the weekends and holidays, but are more than happy to schedule an appointment for after hours when possible!
