How long have you been in business?
National Motor Club of America has been in business since 1956, over 40 yrs experience w/ home office located in Dallas, Tx.75380-9110. NMCA has offices in the USA, Canada & Mexico.
What is your primary product or service?
Benefits & Services paid directly to its members, starting with ,but not limited to Emergency Road Service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in the business when I saw how people who were unable to have benefits paid directly to them would have a way of doing so especially with the economy not being good. Also, to find that the services are not provided by an insurance company and when one becomes employed by this company, NMCA you become a vested stock holder. I am a retired Federal Government Employee and have not found a auto membership company that truly invests in the people hired through NMCA. The day and time you sign as a member with the club, immediately you are covered with paid benefits. You don’t have to wait for a deadline to be covered with the benefits.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
National Motor Club of America is different in that it is the largest & the only "full service" motor club of its kind. This means that instead of operating as an insurance company paying the doctors & hospitals, we pay directly to the members emergency room benefits up to $600 for each accident or injury received whether the accident occurred at home, at play, at work, or while traveling on business or pleasure & this includes children as well. We also pay daily hospital cash benefits. Our members receive $150 per day beginning the 1st day of their hospital stay up to 400 consecutive days ($60,000). If you are employed as a Sales Agent w/ the company there are "no charge backs" as we all know the big difference this makes in ones paycheck for his/her family. Your website is free to you as well as all materials are furnished to you & there is no monthly maintenance fee for the products you use for the day-to-day operation. NMCA serves more than 3 million customers & has the financial strength of annual revenue in excess of $40 million. We also have a wonderful Affinity program for charter schools, cheerleading assoc., other civic organizations, for-profit & non-profit included.

Our locations span the USA, Canada & Mexico. We want to be assured we service what we have to the fullest extent while expansion is something we will be adding in addition to areas we currently are servicing.

The company is owned and operated by Tom Snyder, President Field Services and his wonderful staff which has a well informed, live, voice oriented, people friendly customer service department.

At the 800-523-4582 National Motor Club corporate headquarters, roadside assistance is available 365 days per year. All other Member services are available 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday CST.
