How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since January 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
Microsoft and Cisco products. But our concentration is in supporting network infrastructures, laptops, desktops, servers, email, Microsoft Small Business Server, Voice over IP and so forth.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in this line of business because I wanted to bring technology solutions to the small and medium size businesses that often get left behind. By doing this I can help keep them competitive. I'm the owner and been in the technology field for over 18 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate our businesses in my category and area because our staff are very experienced technical professionals that was doing support for the corporate environment. Now we want to bring all of our expertise to them and a very reasonable cost.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location and we currently don't have plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We work out of a remote location that really don't serve as an office. Our primary goal is to be on-site of the customers.

The type of payments that we accept is either cash or checks.
