How long have you been in business?
Agave has been open since October, 13th, 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service restaurant. Excellent food and service set in an unpretentious atmosphere where we treat each guest like a food critic.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in the hospitality business in New Mexico. I am a 3rd generation food and beverage operator. I wanted to bring a taste of the Southwest to Atlanta, Georgia.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We bring fresh product in daily and operate without microwaves and freezers. Daily cuisine arrive fresh every afternoon, so we only specialize in dinner. In addition to fresh product and made to order cuisine, our emphasis is on taking great care of our guests.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Cabbagetown between Inman Park and Grant Park.
