What is your primary product or service?
We offer thousands of area rug inventories, from large to small, bright to neutral and everything in between, DRW offers area rugs in every shape, size, and style, which are an inspiration design source, a starting point. And that’s another quality that distinguishes us from others. Instead of a handful of large rug choices for a room, you have Thousands of rug colors and designs to choose from, to take home, and to try out for a starring role in your room.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Designer Rug Warehouse is built on a unique idea: choosing an area rug doesn't have to be complicated. Rugs can be simple to understand. We are known for working closely with our customers to solve rug problems others cannot solve. We provide rug solutions to our clients by offering a broad range of rug price, type, shape, size, color and style desires. Making the right choice can be easy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Designer Rug Warehouse has grown to become one of the largest rug store in Atlanta. Unlike most rug stores, we continue to grow our business by word-of-mouth. Sure, our great pricing gets attention, but the attention we give our customers is the difference. Our work ethic is the key to our success. We don't hide our prices, all advertising materials are clear, straightforward, and truthful, in-store advertising signage will disclose the actual everyday prices for the rugs and services offered. There is no mystery here.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Single Location. We plan to expand our business into other markets in the near future.
