Been selling real estate in Atlanta for 12 years and an independent brokerage for 7 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Securing properties for exclusive clients, listing and selling luxury homes and condos, working with builders on new developments, private consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jason Fox has a strong background in architecture and the IT industry and uses these skills to guide the brokerage. Our firm was one of the first to combine the FMLS and GAMLS database into one user friendly public database and display square footage on every luxury property. We are one of the few that allow our clients to make offers on properties over the net and work with high level clients securing multi million dollar deals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
One of the longest running luxury brokerage houses in the Atlanta area, the most advanced web-site in the industry, and one of the few fully independent and privately owned brokerages in the industry. In addition, the firm has been profiled in over 15 publications for working with high level clients on complex deals.
