How long have you been in business?
I have been a licensed architect since 1995. I started this practice in 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily provide architectural services: design, space planning and exterior architecture for renovations and new construciton. Our services span from the initial concept all the way through construction phase services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Being an architect and owning my own practice has been a clear path since high school. I attended Clemson University for both undergraduate and graduate studies in architecture. I also attended the Charles Daniel Center for Architecture and Urban Studies in Genoa, Italy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small firm that brings a personal touch as well as a high level of professionalism to each project. Anne Sciarrone brings nearly 30 years of experience working on both residential and commercial projects of all types, but has a specific specialty in residential design and clubhouse design.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but are licensed to practice in many states including South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Florida. Anne Sciarrone holds an NCARB certificate which allows reciprocity across the country and internationally.
