How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 25 years. Trims opened in Manhattan in 1969 as a personal shopping and wardrobe consulting service. In 1985, Susan Roth inherited the company from her family. As its client base grew, Trims developed a reputation for its knowledge of protocol and foreign customs in addition to its discretion and taste. Recognizing an underserved market, Susan refocused the business towards corporate clients and relocated the office to Los Angeles, California in 1992.
What is your primary product or service?
Trims Unlimited is the leading provider of concierge style promotional services to corporate markets. Over the past two decades, we have revolutionized how companies use branded products to build relationships with their key customers—driving behaviors that increase both engagement and profitability.
Our white glove service manages every aspect of your request-starting from product development through execution and delivery. We make your brand more valuable by offering access to goods and services that would otherwise be out of reach. And, to help you avoid the unnecessary errors made when coordinating unrelated service providers, Trims integrates the process for you. We select the best suppliers from a proven list and then supervise the details of each and every step through completion. You gain the convenience of being able to monitor your orders with one point of contact and the time to concentrate on more important tasks.

Consistent success has earned the loyalty and trust of both clients and suppliers alike. Trims' long standing relationships with exclusive brands have grown into unique partnerships, opening doors to new products and extraordinary special commissions designed to meet the specific promotional and gifting needs of Trims' diverse client base.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 3 locations: Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA and satellite offices in Atlanta, GA and New Brunswick, NJ.
What are your hours of operation?
Trims' regular business hours are from 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday, but we are always available by cell phone and on email nights and weekends in case of client emergency.
