Roger Krause focuses his practice upon injury litigation, including wrongful death, car collision, injuries to children, brain injury cases, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, bad faith litigation and business disputes.
Mr. Krause earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, a master’s degree in psychology from Columbia University in New York, and his law degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
While in law school, Mr. Krause was an active member of the prestigious Moot Court Board, and competed nationally. Mr. Krause also interned for the Honorable Marion T. Pope of the Georgia Court of Appeals.
After law school, Mr. Krause worked for a large insurance defense firm defending injury lawsuits and bad faith insurance litigation. He then worked for a full service mid-size Atlanta firm. Thereafter, Roger Krause opened his own practice before joining with Jeff Golomb and Bob Witcher to form Krause Golomb & Witcher LLC.
Mr. Krause is admitted in all the courts of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is also admitted in the Northern District of Georgia and the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Krause has been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in various jurisdictions, including the federal district court in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Northern District of Texas. He has also been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in state courts of Florida and in Texas.
Mr. Krause is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, a Charter Lifetime Fellow in the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the American Association for Justice (formally the American Trial Lawyers Association), and Federal Bar Association. He is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Atlanta Bar LRIS. He has made various presentations to members of the bar and to law school students.
