How long have you been in business?
The Success Group, Inc. has been in business since 1997, but our experience in the promotional advertising arena dates back to to the 1980's!
What is your primary product or service?
We have worked extensively with the auto industry, home builder industry, as well as non profit organizations (including churches). By no means are we limited to those industries, however. We provide marketing ideas and logo products to help with all types of marketing/advertising efforts.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We purchased a floundering business in 1985 and made it into a multi million dollar endeavor. We learned about the business from a relative who had been in this business, and the opportunity just fell in our laps to purchase this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to learn about each business we visit and then structure a promotional program around their needs keeping in mind their budget, end user, and their goals. We want to save them time and effort in finding the right product to make their company stand out. We actually like to think of ourselves as a "partner" with our clients and treat their business as if it were our own!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 central location and several part time employees who work out of their homes. We visit our clients and often correspond through the internet. We know they are busy and make every effort to wisely make use of their time.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks are preferred but we accept and all major credit cards. We establish credit with new clients and then bill NET 10.
Which areas do you service?
Promotional and gift needs are our forte but we carry basically anything imprinted with a logo, including apparel, mugs, food items, mats, bags, pens, notepads, gadgets, toys,etc. We help with employee recognition programs, donor relations gifts, trade show items, marketing items, the list goes on and on.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Karen Wright is the President/Owner. She handles the day to day operations, as well, and the every important follow up with our suppliers to make sure that every order is done in a timely and correct manner.
