How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to formation of Infinity, the president was a Senior Systems Engineer for a large Atlanta reseller. During his tenure, he realized the need for technical expertise with customer service flair.
Infinity emphasizes these principles in every aspect of their business to facilitate long lasting partnerships with their customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With our Listen, Assess, Design, an Implement strategy (LADI) coupled with utilizing our technical expertise, vendor relationships, and excellent customer service we can present the customer with a unified solution instead of quick fix or bandage to their issues.
This has been the cornerstone of our growth in the industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location that services the Metro Atlanta area.
